The Cruisin 2 Berth Hi Top and the Jayco Escape are both two-berth motorhomes at similar price points, but the Escape has a significant facilities advantage. The Escape has a full toilet and shower, self-contained certification, a 171L fridge, and air conditioning; the Hi Top has no onboard bathroom and an 80L fridge with no air conditioning. The Escape is also slightly longer at 6.2m versus 5.9m. Both have a minimum age of 21. Unless campsite proximity makes the lack of bathroom a non-issue, the Escape is the more independent and comfortable hire for most Australian itineraries.
