The Jayco Roamer and Johnny Feelgood both sleep two people, but the gap in what they offer is enormous. The Roamer is a self-contained 6.5m motorhome with toilet, shower, a 171L fridge, and air conditioning; the Johnny Feelgood is a compact budget van with no bathroom and a small 20L fridge. The Feelgood opens from age 18; the Roamer requires 21. For comfortable, independent touring, the Roamer is a much more capable vehicle. The Feelgood suits younger or budget-driven travellers who can manage without onboard facilities.
